The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the sites indicated above, for which DigitalSuite cannot be considered in any way responsible since they are in the ownership availability and management of third parties.

This disclosure, made pursuant to Art. 13 of Reg. EU 2016/679 (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data), is also inspired by the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, as well as the provisions of the Order of the Italian Data Protection Authority dated 08.05.2014 and Order No. 231 dated June 10, 2021 regarding cookies and other tracking tools.

  1. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND DATA RETENTION PERIOD

3.1 Data of a personal nature provided, will be processed in accordance with the conditions of lawfulness ex Art. 6 EU Reg. 2016/679 , for the following purposes:

3.1.1 Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Web Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the Site and to check that it is working properly. The data could be used by the competent authorities to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site;

3.1.2 Data for pre-contractual/contractual relationship management

The processing of this data is necessary to follow up on requests and to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. As the Data Controller, we will retain this data for the period required by applicable current regulations.

3.1.3 Direct Marketing

Sending, via email, instant messaging or telephone, advertising material, newsletters, promotional and commercial communications related to products, events, as well as carrying out market studies, statistical analysis and customer satisfaction survey. The processing will concern personal data and contact details. This processing is based on the consent of the data subject, which is optional and revocable at any time. The Data Controller will retain the data until the consent for this purpose is revoked and/or five years have passed since the consent was given.

3.1.4 Indirect marketing

The processing involves the communication of data to business partners and third parties so that they can use them to send marketing communications. The processing will involve master data and contact details. This processing is based on the consent of the data subject (required by contract or specific request), which is optional and revocable at any time, according to Art. 6 co. 1 lett. a) GDPR. The Data Controller will retain the data until consent for this purpose is revoked and/or five years have passed since the last interaction with the Data Controller.

3.1.5 Marketing to existing customers

Sending communications regarding products and services already contracted and/or similar products and services to existing ones (including newsletters, webinars, events and training activities) as part of marketing to existing clients. The processing will involve personal data, contact details, company data and role held. The Data Controller will retain the data until consent is revoked.

3.1.6 Collection and use of business data for promotional purposes

Anonymous or aggregated company data (such as company name, industry, achievements) may be used for the creation and dissemination of case histories and other promotional content. Such processing is based on the consent of the data subject, which is optional and revocable at any time.

3.1.7 Data collection of tests, questionnaires, surveys

Data collection through tests, questionnaires and surveys aimed at identifying business processes and managing them. The processing will involve master data and information related to business processes and procedures. This processing is based on the consent of the data subject, which is optional and revocable at any time. The Data Controller will retain the data until consent for this purpose is revoked and/or five years have passed since the last interaction with the Data Controller.

3.1.8 Fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations and administrative-accounting purposes

For the purposes of applying the provisions on the protection of personal data, processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those related to the performance of activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, internal organizational activities, those functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, information activities pursue these purposes.

  1. MODE OF TREATMENT

Personal data will be recorded, processed and used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise communicated at the time of its collection, ensuring adequate security measures in accordance withArticle 32 GDPR. The personal data of the data subject may be processed by the employees of the company functions deputed to the pursuit of the above purposes.

DigitalSuite may transfer, for direct marketing purposes, the collected data to third party companies, Data Processors in accordance withArticle 28 GDPR, operating on our behalf and adopting appropriate standards of organization and data management, in full compliance with current data processing regulations.

DigitalSuite may process and store personal data collected in its own data centers or those of selected and accredited providers located in different countries, all belonging to the European Union.

If the data subject’s personal data is processed in a non-EU state, DigitalSuite will ensure that such transfers take place in compliance with the conditions set forth in Chapter V of the GDPR (Articles 44 et seq.), ensuring that the data subject’s rights are protected in accordance with EU law. In this case, timely notice will be provided to the data subject.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

At any time you may exercise your rights against the Data Controller, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, by contacting info@digitalsuite.eu or by sending a missive to DigitalSuite – via Luigi Razza, 8 – 20124 Milan. The Company will respond within 30 days of receiving the formal request sent by the data subject and:

  1. access: confirmation or nonconfirmation that processing of the data subject’s personal data is taking place and the right to access the same; requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive cannot be answered;
  2. rectification: to correct/obtain correction of personal data if incorrect or outdated and to complete them if incomplete;
  3. deletion/oblivion: to obtain, in some cases, the deletion of the personal data provided; this is not an absolute right, as the Company may have legitimate or legal reasons for retaining it;
  4. limitation: data will be stored, but can neither be processed nor processed further, in the cases provided for in the regulations;
