For 2 months after commissioning, the customer has a dedicated service with training activities on operational actions in order to provide the necessary confidence to use and exploit the full potential of CreditSuite.
Having adopted the solution, the customer has a tailor-made service to be supported in operational activities.
The basic service provides dedicated support, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The service can be activated by opening a call that will allow our specialists to respond to needs.
There is also the possibility of customizing this support by configuring assistance based on actual needs.
You can create second-level users, either for employees of your own firm or for vendor firms, by selecting the functions they are enabled for.
A concrete example is law firms that can benefit from CreditSuite’s potential for generating deeds and act immediately on behalf of the client.
